Port City is proud to announce our partnership with Low Ready Arms, led by founder and lead instructor Joe Gugin. A former Army Warrant Officer with 13 years of service, Joe brings the elite experience of combat tours with the 101st Airborne and 4th Infantry Divisions to every training session.
His expertise extends globally; through his work with TACTICA Ministries, Joe has trained international law enforcement agencies in advanced tactics and procedures. Driven by a steadfast devotion to faith, family, and freedom, Joe provides a holistic approach to safety that combines military precision with real-world application.

This course meets the requirements of the CPL law
(Public Act 381) effective on July 1, 2001. and Public Act 719, effective July 1, 2003. This course complies with section 5j of 1927 PA 372 effective October 1, 2004.
